Booking Process

Simple and hassle-free. Just follow these easy steps:

  • Browse our tours and select the itinerary that excites you.

  • Fill out the inquiry form or contact us via WhatsApp/Email with your travel details.

  • We’ll reply within 24 hours with availability, price, and tour details.

  • Confirm your trip with a deposit (via bank transfer or PayPal).

  • Complete the remaining balance 35 days before your arrival (or as agreed).

  • You may reschedule your travel dates once free of charge if notified at least 40 days before arrival.
  • If you need to cancel, we offer a partial refund depending on how far in advance you inform us.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

FIT (1–9 travelers)

  • More than 30 days before arrival → Full refund (minus bank/transaction fees)
  • 15–29 days before arrival → 50% of total tour price charged
  • 7–14 days before arrival → 75% of total tour price charged
  • Less than 7 days / No-show → 100% of total tour price charged

GIT (10 or more travelers)

  • More than 45 days before arrival → Full refund (minus bank/transaction fees)
  • 30–44 days before arrival → 30% charged
  • 15–29 days before arrival → 50% charged
  • 7–14 days before arrival → 75% charged
  • Less than 7 days / No-show → 100% charged

Special Notes

  • Hotels, airlines, and cruises may have stricter rules — in such cases, their terms will apply.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.) will be handled with maximum flexibility in consultation with clients.
