Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
FIT (1–9 travelers)
- More than 30 days before arrival → Full refund (minus bank/transaction fees)
- 15–29 days before arrival → 50% of total tour price charged
- 7–14 days before arrival → 75% of total tour price charged
- Less than 7 days / No-show → 100% of total tour price charged
GIT (10 or more travelers)
- More than 45 days before arrival → Full refund (minus bank/transaction fees)
- 30–44 days before arrival → 30% charged
- 15–29 days before arrival → 50% charged
- 7–14 days before arrival → 75% charged
- Less than 7 days / No-show → 100% charged
Special Notes
- Hotels, airlines, and cruises may have stricter rules — in such cases, their terms will apply.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.) will be handled with maximum flexibility in consultation with clients.
