ADVANCE BOOKING FOR TOUR PROGRAM
All advance bookings for a tour program can be made by e-mail or directly through telephone calls. Our experienced staff members will make immediate response to your every needs. CONFIRMATIONS
All reservation requests are normally confirmed by returning fax or e-mail. In case immediate confirmation cannot be made, information of the booking status will be advised.

FOC POLICY FOR PACKAGE TOURS                          
For every 16-person package tour, our company offers FOC rate for all of the group leader’s. But the offer in limited to a maximum number of two leaders for one group.

TAKING RESPONSIBILITY                                                                                                                                                
Precious Holiday Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. takes responsibility only for a given tour program because we act as an intermediary between clients and all our service provides airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local tourism offices. Therefore, we will not take any responsibility for injuries or damage, for the loss of property, accidents, deaths that occur due to unforeseeable dangers and natural disasters. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster and political actions or unrest must be covered by the tourists or other service providers.

PAYMENT SCHEDULES                                                                                                                                                           
Immediately after the two parties to a tour program agree upon the terms of a tour program, 50 % of the total payments due shall be made to the our company bank in Myanmar. Bank address is upon requested.
The 50 % balance of payment will be made in one month ahead before client arrival.

TRAVEL RATES
Travel rates will not be changed without advance notification. Travel rates changes are mostly due to varied prices in fuel rates, exchange rates and miscellaneous changes in the tourism industry.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION
It should be agreed as follows if cancellation occurs by the tourist before the commencement of the trip. If cancellation by the tourist occurs in the midst of the trip, the company policy is that normally the money will not be refunded. If cancellation is made by regular customers certain amounts will be refunded after consultation with respective hotels and car-hire enterprises.


AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

All cancellation must be in written notice by E-mail or Fax and it is valid only when acknowledged by our staff.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Clients make check out earlier than the confirmed date; there is no refund payment for the balance of the stay.
Hotel standard Check in time is 14:00 hrs and Check out time is 12:00 noon local time.

ROAD TRANSPORTATION
Transportation by road will be carried out with the allotted vehicles. If air-condition service on car is included, it will be temporarily switched off depending on conditions of the road, and fuel problem and when the vehicle is to go uphill.
